Another Basic Dance
Use your ab muscle.
This move is very basic.
Pull your hip behind and put it back in the stranding position.
Do not stick your stomsch.
Move your upper body a smaller.
So your leg can be free.
Use your elbow.
Put your elbow as high as shoulders,
and put it down to your side ab,
at the same timing as you put your hip back in the standing pogition.
Feel the beat first then start moving just like when you move shoulders.
Use your knees too.
Relax your knees and bend up and down.
